Today, we visit the beautiful and quaint  Constantia Uitsig Restaurant in South Africa and explore some of the beautiful delicacies this gem of a restaurant has to offer. Constantia Uitsig Restaurant is located between the beautiful mountains and vineyards of the Cape Dutch Homestead in Cape Town Central South Africa. The Head Chef Clayton Bell believes that consistency is why the restaurant is so popular. He says “Don’t over-complicate food, and don’t mess with good quality ingredients.” I believe it…its no surprise the restaurant is a 2012 Travellers choice winner for Trip Advisor.
